Every business deserves one source of truth
Businesses do not struggle because they lack data. They struggle because it lives in tools that never agree.
Talk to anyone running more than one location and you hear the same story. The tools are good. The exports never end. And someone spends nights reconciling them because no one else can.
Sourcebook is software for that problem. It connects accounting, payroll, point of sale, inventory, and HR into one company model you can actually run on.
What we believe
Your tools are fine. The gaps are not.
QuickBooks is good at accounting. Payroll is good at payroll. The Tuesday lost to stitching exports together is the problem we solve.
Busywork should shrink over time.
Most data work repeats: same files, same columns, same matching. Software should learn that once and keep doing it.
You should always hold the receipt.
A number you cannot trace is a number you cannot trust. Everything in Sourcebook stays tied to where it came from.
Foundation first. Charts second.
Charts are only as good as the model underneath. We build that model so reporting rests on something solid.

Founder
Salman Janvekar
I started Sourcebook after years of helping businesses get their numbers to agree. Accounting, payroll, and the register all work. They just do not talk to each other. So the truth ends up in a spreadsheet, and every decision waits on whoever knows how to read it.
Growing companies hit the same wall as big ones. They just do not have a data team to paper over it. I built Sourcebook so they can get their data and processes in order and make better decisions.
I help you take the systems you already run and turn them into one picture you can trust.
